1. Production Time
Production begins only after both payment and written approval of final proofs. Standard production windows vary by product and quantity. Rush service may be available upon request and may require approval and fees.
2. Shipping Methods
We ship via common carriers including UPS, FedEx, LTL freight and courier services. Available methods and estimated transit times are shown at checkout or on your quote. We may split shipments and use multiple carriers at our discretion to meet your timeline.
3. Delivery Estimates
Any delivery dates provided are estimates. Carriers may experience delays due to weather, backlogs or other events outside our control. We are not responsible for carrier delays, customs processing or acts of God.
4. Title and Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss transfer to you when the shipment is accepted by the carrier. If your order is time sensitive, contact us to discuss upgraded services or in person pickup options before you approve your proof.
5. Address Accuracy and Changes
You are responsible for providing a complete and deliverable address. Address corrections or rerouting requests after a label is created may incur carrier fees that will be billed to you.
6. Receiving and Inspection
Inspect all packages at delivery.
• Visible damage: note it with the driver and email photos to hello@proagobranding.co within 2 business days.
• Concealed damage or shortages: email photos and your order number within 7 calendar days. Keep all packaging until your claim is resolved.
We will assist with carrier claims and arrange repair, reprint or replacement when damage is verified.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, contact us within 7 calendar days. We will start a carrier trace and provide options. Replacement or refund is not guaranteed when a carrier confirms delivery at the address provided.
8. In Person Pickup and Local Delivery
Pickup is available by appointment at our facility at [insert pickup address]. Bring a copy of your order confirmation. Local delivery may be available for an added fee and must be arranged before production completes.
9. Freight, Pallets and Large Format Items
Large items may ship by LTL freight. Curbside delivery is standard. Inside delivery, liftgate, appointment and residential services may incur additional fees. Inspect pallets before signing the delivery receipt and note any visible damage.
10. International Shipping
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, brokerage and other fees, which are the customer’s responsibility. Customs processing can add time to delivery. If a shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid fees, you are responsible for return freight and any additional charges.
11. Undeliverable, Refused or Returned Shipments
If a shipment is returned to us as undeliverable, refused or due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping and handling charges will apply.
12. Event Deadlines
If you have a firm in hand date, tell us before approving your proof. If we confirm that date in writing and miss it due solely to our error, we will prioritize a rush reprint or replacement at no additional cost, or discuss alternatives.
13. Customer Supplied Shipping Accounts
If you request use of your carrier account, title and risk pass when the carrier picks up the shipment. Any billing issues, surcharges or claims must be handled directly with your carrier.
